Having trouble with your Camp Experience DVD?

first make sure that you have done the following things:

1. Make sure you have inserted your DVD into a computer.

This disc was designed to be used with a computer. Your TV's DVD player will not recognize all the features on your disc.

2. Download and install the most recent updates of Windows Media Player and Quicktime.

These are the 2 programs you will need to play the videos on your disc. Making sure they are up to date will help solve most playback issues.

3. Download each video to your computer.

Trying to play your videos directly from the DVD will likely result in patchy playback. Just drag the video(s) you want to watch to your desktop. Once they have fully downloaded double click the video(s) on your desktop.

4. Choose the correct media player.

play videos with the extension .mov with quicktime and videos with the extension .mpg with windows media player.
